Chef Tomoyuki Fujioka has always been fascinated by pasta. To help his guests understand why, he has created a prix fixe menu featuring several kinds of pasta, such as chilled capellini, spaghetti with tomato, and cheese ravioli. Portions are modest to allow patrons to savour the various pasta types. The counter seating with its high vantage point offers a view of the kitchen, creating the effect of a live performance. The chef personally explains his creations.
