Owner and head chef Markus Elison previously worked at Herrengass in Gschwend, where he proved his worth in the kitchen. Here, he cooks up delicious dishes made with high-quality ingredients. His cuisine is regional, with some Mediterranean influences. One of his signature dishes is Zwiebelrostbraten in a Spätburgunder wine sauce with spaetzle. Dine à la carte or opt for the seasonal set menu or "Das Krone Menü". Friendly service. Sleek modern decor.
