Daniel Rogan – son of L’Enclume’s Simon – is the chef at this relaxed, friendly restaurant named after the initials of his two children. Its location on Sunnyfields Farm is a clue as to the local, sustainable ethos that runs through the cooking; naturally, they grow much of the produce themselves and the seasons guide the menu. Dishes are pleasingly free from gimmicks, with careful preparation and attractive presentation on show throughout the tasting menu.
