In this bright, elegant and minimalist setting, the single tasting menu features mini dishes such as Morels stuffed with guinea fowl, foie gras and Robuchon purée, Tagliolino, lobster suquet, crème fraîche and caviar for a sweet touch, Green apple and celery snow with Swiss meringue. Most of the dishes are finished at the counter, in full view of the diner!
