This stylish room designed by the late Sir Terence Conran features a glass-fronted kitchen and fan-shaped reliefs on the ceiling, reminiscent of the hotel’s logo. The well-verse team puts a new spin on steakhouse classics like steak tartare and house-smoked salmon.
