The third-generation owners of this 70-year-old household name decided to move from Sheung Wan to this shopping mall in 2020. Regulars would feel reassured finding the familiar gilded sign on black hanging over the semi-open kitchen where a dazzling spread of food is on display. The must-try signature marinated goose sports velvety, flavourful flesh and just the right amount of fat. Seafood like crabs and fourfinger threadfins needs pre-ordering.
