The room was inspired by an ancient aristocrat’s garden and the menu is also rooted in tradition, with a nod to the tea culture. Barbecue meats and dim sum are crafted by an experienced Cantonese team. The classic deep-fried crispy chicken is now stuffed with ground pork and black truffle before being carved tableside – the meat is silky while the juices are rich.
