Taking Thai cookbooks from the 1940s to the 1970s as inspiration, David Thompson expertly recreates the culinary lives of one chef at a time through flavoursome dishes, here on the top floor of Central: The Original Store. Highlights include coconut cupcakes with salted pork, and fermented bean curd relish with minced pork and prawns.
