Experience sukiyaki hospitality at a counter. Standing right across from you, the server expertly prepares alternating slices of beef and vegetables. Sourced from a distinguished butcher in Shiga Prefecture, the choice beef is served in a variety of thicknesses. On the side are the signature dipping sauces: meringue-like beaten egg and rich egg yolk mixed with Tosa vinegar. The meal culminates with a final dish of shirataki noodles, stir-fried in warishita sauce and beef fat. Each dish will enchant both your eyes and taste buds.
