The chef is thoroughly versed in Cantonese cuisine and his credo is to faithfully reproduce traditional cuisine. Specialities include deep-fried whole pigeon, double-boiled premium soup with dried mushrooms and quickly-steamed star grouper. We also recommend the dim sum.
