The name is a tribute to an epicure of ancient Rome. Masterpieces by Maurice Utrillo and Bernard Buffet decorate the art nouveau interior, creating the atmosphere of a salon. A particularly recommended menu item is the mousse of sea urchin, caviar and vegetables, a speciality handed down from the restaurant’s first chef.
