L'avis du Guide Michelin
Recently opened within a new five-star hotel, the restaurant follows the gastronomic guidelines of its two-starred sister establishment in Trieste, while the kitchen is entrusted to local chef Goran Hrastovčak, a man of considerable experience. The interiors are elegant and contemporary, and include a pleasant terrace ideal for cocktails and aperitifs, served with professionalism and enthusiasm by a young and particularly welcoming team. The gastronomic proposal is structured across two tasting menus and an à la carte selection, in a journey that weaves together sea and land, Italy and Istria, tradition and contemporary sensitivity. The dishes impress through colour, fragrance and harmony of flavour, as in the lobster with béarnaise sauce infused with kruškovac, black truffle and green pepper.
