Located on a small square in the centre of the city, Beluga is run by a couple originally from Alicante, a relevant detail here given the cuisine on offer, which features highly delicate Mediterranean dishes with a contemporary touch, lots of technical detail and plenty of flavour. Savoury rice dishes and fish and seafood are a constant on their menus.
