L'avis du Guide Michelin
Tucked behind the Royal Danish Theatre, there is a proud French heart to this cosy bistro created in homage to Jean-Louis le Lay, the Chef-Owner's father, who passed on his love of gastronomy to his son. The tasting menu incorporates global influences including – Caribbean and North African – alongside the classical French base, with good quality ingredients underpinning pared-back and boldly flavoured dishes. A shorter version of the menu is available on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, as well as Saturday lunch.
