Inspired by local recipes and ingredients, Seafood at Trisara has created a refined, southern menu. Take the Massaman Plamuek for example, which uses local Andaman octopus in a sweet and creamy sauce, while the stir-fried jumbo black tiger prawns, with crispy garlic and chilli, sing subtle herbal notes. To top it off, it’s the perfect romantic experience with an intimate setting indoors and breezy sunset views on the outdoor terrace overlooking a secluded beach.
